They do their “diagnostic” and say, of the problem is not the battery or the phone. It’s the update. According to them apple sends these phones out with a system that will melt your hand. Paid by credit card will dispute with visa. Did they give a written assessment? No

I went to buy a MagSafe case for iPhone 13, they told me they didn't have one and my cell phone had a size 15. The thing was that of course it didn't work, although the lady swore to me that it would work. What a fraud that they convince their employees to sell just for the sake of it, knowing that what they are going to sell you is not going to work for you. I'm too lazy to go and return it, but I'm just going to go because it seems like a scam to me that they sell you something swearing that it works when it doesn't. I hope they can give better training to their employees.
